Bathroom Renovation - From Concept to Execution

One of the impressive projects we recently completed included a comprehensive renovation of a bathroom in an old apartment in Rishon LeZion. The challenge was to transform a small, dark and outdated space into a modern and luxurious spa room. The process began with total demolition of the room down to the foundation, including removal of old coverings and disposal of waste to an authorized site.

In the infrastructure stage, we performed a complete replacement of water pipes with insulated and quality SP pipes, and upgraded the drainage system to prevent future blockages. The waterproofing issue received special emphasis with the use of advanced two-component waterproofing materials, to ensure durability for many years without leaks.

Total renovation of a 5-room apartment in Tel Aviv. The project included breaking walls to create an open space for the living room (Open Space), replacing flooring with parquet, decorative drywall work on the ceiling, preparing an internal niche for television and artistic painting. The apartment was transformed from a dark and divided apartment to a modern and bright apartment.
